Hu Xiaoming 每 Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Hu Xiaoming has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors since March 2002. From October 2003 to April 2005, Mr. Hu was the Project Manager (Chief Scientist) for WX Pure Electric Vehicle Development, a state-level, high priority technology development plan.
Previously, Mr. Hu was Chairman and General Manager at Yongkang Instrument Factory. Earlier in his career, he served as General Manager at the Wan Xiang Electric Vehicle Developing Center, and General Manager in Wan Xiang Battery Company. He owns numerous invention, utility model and appearance design patents.
Zhu Xiaoying 每 Chief Financial Officer and Director
Zhu Xiaoying has served as Chief Financial Officer and Director since 2003. She was previously an accounting manager for Zhejiang Yongkang Automobile Manufacture Co and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Hangzhou Electronic Engineering University.

Qian Jinsong 每 General Manager of Zhejiang Kandi Vehicles Co. Ltd and Director
Qian Jinsong joined Zhejiang Kandi Vehicles Co. as Deputy General Manager in October 2009. Previously, Mr. Qian worked at Chery Automobile (now Chery Karry Automobile), where he held a number of key positions, including Head of the Engineering Construction Group, Head of the Product Development Team and Vice Manager of the Company's Q21 Project.
Mr. Qian received a degree in Professional Ordnance from the Aerospace Staff University in Nanjing, China in 1983.

Henry Yu 每 Director
Mr. Yu served as the President of Shanghai Bosun Capital Advisors in Shanghai, China from January to June, 2011. From 2008 until 2010, Mr. Yu served as a senior manager of Standard Chartered Bank in China. Previously, Mr. Yu was a Managing Director of Global Trade Solutions at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta, Georgia. From 2003 through 2007, Mr. Yu held certification in Series 7 and 62 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Mr. Yu is the Chair of the Advisory Board of the National Association of Chinese-Americans and is serving as an advisor to China's Federation of Overseas Chinese Affairs from 2011-2014. Mr. Yu has been an international advisor to Sichuan University Suzhou Institute since 2009 and a Foundation Board Trustee of Georgia Perimeter College since 2004.
Mr. Yu received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan in 1978 and his MBA in finance from the University of Detroit in 1980.

Zheng Mingyang 每 Director
Zheng Mingyang has been a director of Kandi Technologies since 2007. Since 2007, he has served as acting General Manager of Meng Deli Electric Appliance Company, Ltd., and as a Director of Zhejiang Kandi Vehicles Company, Ltd. Previously, from 1992 to 2003, he was Vice President of Yongkang Automobile Manufacture Co.

Ni Guangzheng 每 Director
Ni Guangzheng is a permanent member of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering and currently serves as Deputy Director of the Technical Committee and Director of EV Research at the Institute of National ERC Power Electronic Technology. He has extensive experience in the electro-technical and electrical engineering areas, with a particular focus on EV research, and has also served as the head of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Zhejiang University. Mr. Ni has also worked as the Deputy Director of the Electro-technical Theory Committee of the China Electro-technical Society and the Deputy Director of the Large Electrical Machine Committee of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering.
Mr. Ni graduated from Xian Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in electrical machines and a master's degree in electro-technology theory.

Jerry Lewin 每 Director
Mr. Lewin serves as Senior Vice President of Field Operations for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, with oversight for 35 hotels throughout North America. Mr. Lewin has been with Hyatt since 1987, and currently directs a variety of functions, including finance, sales and marketing, public relations, customer service, engineering, and human resources. Mr. Lewin serves as a member of Hyatt's managing committee and is a member of the board of directors of the New York City Hotel Association and EFT Biotech Holdings, Inc. In addition, he is the President of the New York Law Enforcement Foundation and serves as the Chairman of the Board for the NY State Troopers PBA Signal 30 Fund. He is also a past member of the Board of Trustees of Metropolitan College of New York. Mr. Lewin has served in various management capacities for several hotel companies in California and Las Vegas.
Mr. Lewin holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and completed the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management.
